I worked at Bank Leumi USA
Pros – Managemnt treats everyone like a human. Nice peole to work for. Chnaces to learn many disciplines within banking. Overall good.
Cons – Israli hierarchy. EVry few years cadets are sent from Israel to oversee American employees. Salaries are not highest in world.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire local talent like other foreign banks such as UBS, HSBC, Japanese banks, gGerman banks, Syrian banks, Homeborn CEO would be good.

I have been working at Bank Leumi USA full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fair compensation and the hours are decent. The location of both New York City offices is extremely convenient, especially if travelling from the outer boroughs.
Cons – Lack of professionalism from senior management on down.
Meetings are usually very unproductive because everyone is yelling over everyone else and nothing gets done.
Many managers and vice presidents are simply incompetent in what they do, especially Lending and the Risk department (Credit Risk and Operational Risk)
Antiquated systems. Whole IT infrastructre needs to be upgraded.
Advice to Senior Management – Fire incompetent vice presidents. Bring in more diversity. Communication skilly need to be strenthened amongst all managers.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
