    Pros

    The company cares about the employee career path. Majority of the vacant position is potentially filled by existing employees. The health insurance for the employees is one of the best in banking in Indonesia. The percentage of the incentive for a seller considers as one of the highest compared to others.

    Cons

    The company direction somewhat unclear. Unclear direction showed in KPI. They keep changing the rules and regulation.They keep working in innovation but they don't have a clear strategy and timeframe. The strategy is implemented but if it does not work they rapidly change the direction. Very conservative and high degree of bureaucracy. The communication flow is more top to down. The political interest is considered high. Working life balanced is depending on the job desk. the managers sometime does not acquire leadership skill. The appreciation is given and measured by number. High turn over in consumer banking.

    Advice to Management

    Need more time to implement new innovation, so they can see the real progress. need to cut the high hierarchy to be more effective in making decision as well as communication. need to understand transformational leadership skill style not only transactional so the subordinates can progress the career and skill. The managers should not only have skill in sales but also leadership so they can retain the employee as well as create conducive environment.

    Pros

    will be a training in ocbc nisp learning center free of meal and dorm learn about banking more interesting work friendly friend

    Cons

    not much to say here, the salary have to be higher, maybe also the learning center is located in jakarta not only in bandung. the learning center is too far from city

    Support from seniors, opportunities for job training from different industries, high potential to be recruited by other banks with substantial working experience, opportunities to work for major projects under supervision from head of department, travel opportunities to clients' sites

    High working hours, low compensation compared with other banks
