I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very willing to train and develop employees. Always learning something new about the banking world and very fast paced being in a large branch.

    Cons

In order to move up in the company you needed to be willing to go to different locations. Never a sense of settlement when thinking of a promotion.

    Advice to Management

Keep training and helping to guide employees. The strict code of the company can be balanced out with good leadership creating a fun environment to work in.
