Pros
Good environment and nice people, good pay and benefit is good too. tasks is not too hard and time is flexible.
Cons
Management need be improve in some how, special some manager do not know how to manage people. some manager is good analyst but not good manager
Advice to Senior Management
As I mentioned on the above. management team must be improve the management method and deal with people, encourage is more important
Pros
working hard gets you somewhere
lots of opportunities if you're not happy where you are
reasonable pay
i enjoy the team functions
Cons
very repetitive work is usually given to juniors
bonus is not as high is it was promised, but bad economy justifies it
Advice to Senior Management
have more work functions for teams and juniors across the firm
if promises are made then keep them (such as bonuses)
Pros
They paid a good salary compared to similar jobs elsewhere. Excellent benefits package. Good work environment.
Very good incentive (commission) package.
Cons
Work hours were from 2 pm until 11:30 pm. Even though the salary was decent, it was nothing compared to how much profit the sales associates made for the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Maybe act a little bit more professional. Involve the sales associates in company decisions more often. I often felt like we were excluded from the rest of the bank especially due to our hours of work.
Pros
Close to transit, free parking, decent starting wage
Cons
no trust from management in anything - communication, plans, etc
Advice to Senior Management
trust your people - they aren't looking to get laid off and will help where they can
Pros
The co-workers and the availability of overtime, generous bereavement leave, extensive training and education, very clean and safe work environment
Cons
sales oriented in a customer service environment, very difficult to access personal time off, very inflexible working hours, unreasonable expectations in terms of stats
Advice to Senior Management
Be more direct and specific when conducting an interview. Basically, if a candidate is interviewing for a CSR position be sure to tell them sales are a requirement, not an incentive. Treat employees like people instead of a number. Do not give up hope on employees that make strong efforts to conform, it only discourages them.
