    Cons

Leadership Retail Hours Worked Not for Career Oriented People Sales Heavy

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing on the retail side, its not about the employee its about the employee doing the most it can for the machine. It is what it is in the retail leadership environment.

    Pros

Dynamic environment and leadership. Very good benefits, although health benefits have been trending downhill. Focus is on the customer. Lots of improvement efforts going on. Always on the move which creates personal opportunity. Committed to and supportive of volunteerism.

    Cons

Company is moving away from virtual work assignments, which cuts opportunities for those not living in the right area.

    Advice to Management

Slow down reorganizations, they are disruptive

    Pros

I work with Preferred Banking and Merrill Edge within Consumer Banking at corporate. I enjoy the atmosphere and work/life balance that the role provides.

    Cons

They don't pay as much as competitors in the city, based upon the role I'm in. Second this is a large matrix company, so to be success and attained the necessary information needed to do you job you have to reach out and connect with so many different associates at the bank, which is time consuming.

    Advice to Management

Management, in m opinion, has been doing good so far. One advice is to develop better and higher opportunities for younger employees at corporate. Highly productive employees who are young are taking a backseat to older worker who just won't leave.

Maternity and Paternity leave is given up to 12 weeks paid. 5% match for 401k as well as a 2% automatic contribution. Great career opportunities, especially within Charlotte (headquarters)
