Pros
Best pay for what I do, excellent and robust benefits, consistent recognition for a job well done, fun/innovative/professional teammates, Work from Home (My Work)
Cons
The only cons I run into is that organization is simply so big that it can be hard to navigate. It also has very robust policies and procedures that can be overwhelming.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue working to utilize technology to connect your associates, make navigating systems easier and reduce associate facing systems (we have groups that work with 58 nuanced systems).
Pros
Good benefits.Decent pay, nice facilities.
Cons
There was a lack of communication between departments.
Pros
Great benifits across the board and great place to work
Cons
Pay is not fair across the board if hire negotiation is key to get the pay you deserve
Advice to Senior Management
Networking is key to advice within Bank of America
Pros
They have the best benefits and the pay is somewhat decent compared to other companies.
Cons
Very dissatisfied with the opportunities on moving up. When you work data entry, you pretty much are a nobody or at least you feel that way.
Advice to Senior Management
Start being better at your jobs, management needs to really look at some of the higher employers that need to be out and start paying attention to the employees that actually work at their job and do a good job.
Pros
Benefits, paid time off, Sundays off, pay for a student isn't too bad
Cons
Incompetent management, management doesn't appreciate lower level employees
Advice to Senior Management
Find better ways to effectively coach and lead teammates.
Pros
Large company with many opportunities and roles. Easy to get involved and find a niche in which to survive and make a career.
Cons
Because of the siloed management structure there is little effective interaction between business parts. Thus cohesion between parts and teams is lacking, leading to feelings of alienation.
Advice to Senior Management
Organize business units into cadres and develop communication and business awareness between different lines of business. This will help strengthen the connection amongst workers and should enhance their quality of work.
Pros
Benefits are great as well as a good work life balance. As long as you do not work in a retail bank branch!
Cons
Management changed every six months.
Pros
they have great benefits especially pto
Cons
they work onjob bands, you become typecast
Pros
Benefits, well know company, good avertising
Cons
less incentives, less opportunities to learn and grow
Advice to Senior Management
help good talent move up
Pros
Size of the bank, ability to try different areas, Largest bank by assets = reputation
Cons
politics, poor management, too many new hires who don't know what they are doing and don't care to learn. superiority complexes
