Pros
The benefits were top notch. The pay was pretty good. I loved all my co-workers. No weekends or long hours.

Management not very organized and did not stand up for you to other higher-ups.

Dont merge with anymore banks

The benefits are great. You learn valuable skills. It is a team atmosphere. Also, there are opportunities to work in different departments.

I think the pay could be better. We need to get paid more money for the work we do and what we have to deal with on a daily basis.

I hope Bank of America considers increasing the pay in every department. It would be good to love the job even more if the pay was better.

Large firm can be difficult to navigate through layers of responsibility. Matrix leadership model sometimes leaves sense of ambiguity on issue ownership.
