    Bank Teller

    Teller (Former Employee) Bradenton, FL

ProsI enjoyed the flexibility of the job. I was able to work at Bank of America and be a full time student thanks the the management recognizing the importance of an education.

ConsPay was decent but the monthly goals were unrealistic. We had to open a specific number of accounts each month but reaching this goal only happens by chance. If a person comes in looking to open an account and I direct them to the personal banker that counts!!!! I didn't like that reaching the goals were out of my control and based solely on chance.

An institution in which I was allowed to learn and grow easily.

Technology Delivery Manager (Former Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsTraining was appropriate and always on time. Benefits were exemplary.

ConsWork/life balance was touted but not necessarily practiced. Although vacation time was freely and generously given, time to perform responsibility interfered with time needed off. Management structure is constantly changing making it hard to have the time to build proper rapport with new management.
