    Pros

Experience and the benefits are ok

    Cons

They are now cutting back on tellers and will eventually get rid of them. Some days, I am the only teller working the front teller line and the drive thru and it's ridiculous ! The customers are angry, sometimes you can't even get a break, or even use the restrooms. They're takin away teller commissions, but still expect you to refer customers to personal bankers. Starting to become a terrible company

    Advice to Management

Stop putting too much pressure on the tellers. Bank of America is a ver popular bank and cutting back on tellers is not smart or fair.

    Pros

Benefits are great. I am lucky to be under great Leadership.

    Cons

Some coworkers bring the place down with negative feelings about the hand that feeds them. The only that I cannot understand that as a CSR cannot disconnect a call when a customer is using foul language . We should not have to take abuse like that. The only place I have worked you can not do this.

    Advice to Management

No advice , management is always working to approve.

Great benefits, especially vacation time. The bank does what they can to bring excitement to its employees. Co workers & Management/Leadership are very nice to get along with. Lots of opportunities in growth career wise

    Cons

Only had trouble getting particular days off that was needed. Other than that, no complaints.

    Pros

    Opportunity to learn new things.

    Cons

Poor management, Work/life balance they are not tolerant when emergencies arise that must be dealt with during company hours and it is difficult to take time off without repercussions. The division I worked in constantly changed processes and rules. The associates were never truly understanding of processes due to constant change and upheaval within the department.

    Advice to Management

Remember that the associates have personal responsibilities also that need to addressed. Stop changing the processes constantly and set an industry standard for excellence. As it is now the ineptitude only adds to the public opinion that Bank of America is crooked.

    Pros

    Company has awesome benefits

    Cons

Can be very stressful at times. Things are changing constantly with no upper management to help when your getting yelled at for the way things are.

    Pros

This is a pretty laid back environment to work in. The management team is easy to work with and I have never seen them push anyone.

    Cons

Contract Position - A open full time position with the company would be nice. I am not worried about it at the moment but it will become an issue in late 2015 if a full time position has not opened up on my team.

    Advice to Management

From a team member outlook on operations I can't offer words of wisdom to people doing a great job.
