    Pros

Decent Pay, always overtime and more overtime, vacation time after 90 days, 10 sick days, 10 personal, perks & discounts at retailers, Great Health,Vision, Dental, Match every $1 contributed retirement, pension, annual bonus, Top performer monthly bonus, quarterly review and rewards, raises, promotion, easy transfer, Great Training Program, informative meetings to succeed, employee recognition, birthdays and moving forward celebrations and frequent food catering, snack and coffee 15 min breaks, hour lunch, Great rewarding position helping customers

    Cons

Phone Aux breaks is strictly limited for bathroom break, hold it until lunch if you can, they monitor it and present you with a spreadsheet pf every aux time taken, if too many; unrealistic call time with customer to get off the line, no more than 2 mins, high call volumes due to system shutting cards down, outbound call system is useless since you have to tell customers to call us back to verify purchases on their debit card

    Advice to Management

Bank of America is a excellent company to work for but we are not robots when we take calls and need more flexibility on each call handle time and of course people do not have perfect bladders or colon seriously we are human and we will get sick from time to time since it is a stressful job that can affect the immune system...management needs to understand this.

    Pros

Great benefits and people. Very good training program that aims to set you up for success. Pay is very good if you are a top performer.

    Cons

Lots of competition. Sometimes good employees can be stuck in the same position for years if you are not the very best at your position...within a region!

    Advice to Management

No advice! Management actually do a very good job with the resources available. Really don't have anything to say.

    Pros

competitive compensation and benefits plus paternity leave

    Cons

Overburdened workload, uncompetitive deposit and lending rates, a thankless job, not even enough in budget to purchase deposit slips and receipts for the customers. There is a constant requirement to report productions so much so that it gets in the way of actually producing. We do call nights now because everyone wants to leave the company because of some idiot's idea to have only one teller in the line. Senior management doesn't have there finger in the pulse when it comes to the daily business of the branch.

    Advice to Management

Show appreciation for your employees, give them a forum to express ideas and complaints.

    Pros

Health Benefits, Training, Technology, Opportunities for promotion if willing to start from the bottom regardless of education and experience

    Cons

Operations Disorganized. Need managers at all levels with greater leadership competence. Long hours for low pay.

    Advice to Management

Shift from a bureaucratic management to an actual coaching culture as your training says you have. Provide better leadership training and assessment for managers. Improve organization processes at the branch level.
