I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Very stress free place to work.

    Cons

After moving up to mid level it becomes difficult to continue moving up. Politics and favoritism become the measure of success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do more to retain top talent. If not, other company's will continue to steal away your mid level associates and make them top level elsewhere.
