very bad for employees in a verge of building careers and are in junior/begginner level
lower salary
not so good benefits
almost have fight for leave approval
holiday calendar of different every process based on LOB and no prominence for Indian Holidays
mind less HR policies
Over control on employee access and facility usage
excessive security measures for unnessary things
not good frontline leaders for all departments
you have to wait for 5 to 8 years even for a small promotion
mind less hierarchy.. which says..team developer.. in fact the position will not include in developing anything..
its very good for managers and above levels

focus on the junior levels by stopping on senior level improvement plans..
it is the junior employee who is to be developed not the high payed managers..

8) A pool of brilliant people where exists a healthy competition
9) Opportunity to learn and apply advanced technologies

These are the main reason why i prefer bank of america. However these are all my personal feelings and i hope it would help you. Thank You All
