please be carefull about promoting people to management level....few people got promoted before bank of america took over cfci just in 9 months or 1 year, which is not the right way according to bankof america's policy..they are team leaders and assistant managers in bank of america which cant even talk properly forget about work...i use to write emails on behalf of my boss.....please forward this feed back to bank of america india services...
Pros
Have lot of emphasis on Training and development and have lot of things pertaining to employee satisfaction
Cons
Salary needs to be harmonized with industry standard
Pros
work hours are good (only for some lines of business)
good processes/work flow
Cons
very bad for employees in a verge of building careers and are in junior/begginner level
lower salary
not so good benefits
almost have fight for leave approval
holiday calendar of different every process based on LOB and no prominence for Indian Holidays
mind less HR policies
Over control on employee access and facility usage
excessive security measures for unnessary things
not good frontline leaders for all departments
you have to wait for 5 to 8 years even for a small promotion
mind less hierarchy.. which says..team developer.. in fact the position will not include in developing anything..
its very good for managers and above levels
Advice to Senior Management
focus on the junior levels by stopping on senior level improvement plans..
it is the junior employee who is to be developed not the high payed managers..
Pros
Good Learning opportunities and career development
Cons
More managers than employees who really work
Advice to Senior Management
Can do better job than just doing meetings round th clock
Pros
Handsome salary, transparency between Managers and Employees, healthy working environment
Cons
Sometimes you feel that the growth is slow.
