Advice to Senior Management
Be honest with job candidates about job responsibilities, opportunities for advancement, and bonus structure. This will hopefully reduce turnover at all levels, especially at the middle management level. Rely on team members for input regarding analysis/analytics, process changes, and IT changes instead of six sigma analysis.

Way too bueurocratic, too many meetings, there are a lot of people who don't seem to add much value. Those people run around trying to present your work to senior management.

Figure out which people actually do work, and get rid of some of the people who don't really do anything.

Cons
My biggest concern was poor training. I received "the bum's rush" each time I met with my trainer. The person who was training me clearly knew her job; however, she did not want to train me (I'm sure her workload could barely handle it); she had absolutely no personality and made me feel inferior with every question I had.
Most of my work was done on spreadsheets. I have the knowledge in Excel to perform my job; however, my trainer always started the session without explaining what we were doing. It was basically: "click here; go here; put it here; and make sure they give you all the back-up. Let me know if you have any questions." She also told me that if I took notes it would slow her down too much so I had to try to commit everything to memory. When I asked about timelines for projects, she just nodded her head. What?
Only a few co-workers actually said to me "it's a lot to learn and will take awhile." Other than that, I was made to feel like a complete idiot, of which I am not.
My Supervisor was not available for questions I had. My first week there she didn't speak with me. (Yes, this is true.) I was told by another team Supervisor that my Supervisor was new to that position, but come on ... if I were the Supervisor, I would probably check in a few times each day just to make sure everything was OK with the "new hire."
Each time I asked her if I could speak with her, she was always "going into a meeting," "pressed for time," "have to make a phone call."
I have a strong work ethic and do my job well. I am not a person who needs constant supervision or constant pats on the back: I go to work; do my job; am confident; and am a well-liked coworker who enjoys being part of a team and am always ready to pitch in.
I like to be busy at the office and have little patience for slackers so I really thought I would fit in at B of A, but it was a terrible experience.
It's really too bad because I would have been a valuable asset to the team.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with employees; provide new hires with proper training by qualified individuals; make new hires feel welcome and not like obstacles.
Pros
Laidback work environment for smart people. we can enjoy with family in a much better fashion than anywhere else. Can retire here
Cons
less oppurtunity for growth. Too many old people piled up in ranks.Too much unnecessary process and software developement could be very hard in here.
Advice to Senior Management
upper management need to do much introspection of their resources. Too many Band 4 people by virtue of them staying in here for longer than they are worth of.
