I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits such as insurance and 401K. It's a large corporation so it has a lot of perks.

    Cons

Bad training starting from the beginning. Most of the banking center managers never had proper management training thus there being a lot unprofessional work attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the senior management at Bank of America, including the area executive and the market managers, I would recommend to set a tight process in place when it comes to training. Your banking center managers abuse their power when you are not in the center with them. Also, when you do come and visit they make sure to cover up whatever should not happen in the center. I would also recommend for there to be a program that helps associates to grow in the company. Banking center managers will refuse to help you to get where you want if you simply don't make them a favor. There is a lot of work t do.
