Bank of America Sales Associate in Ottawa, ON (Canada): (Past Employee - 2007)

“Sold balance transfers and insurance. Also acted as customer support in some cases.”

Pros

They paid a good salary compared to similar jobs elsewhere. Excellent benefits package. Good work environment.
Very good incentive (commission) package.

Cons

Work hours were from 2 pm until 11:30 pm. Even though the salary was decent, it was nothing compared to how much profit the sales associates made for the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Maybe act a little bit more professional. Involve the sales associates in company decisions more often. I often felt like we were excluded from the rest of the bank especially due to our hours of work.
