    Pros

Team leaders and managers alike show positive attitudes and maintain a balanced professional relationship with employees. Training is excellent and prepares you for the tasks at bay.

    Cons

The pay is lower than expected for such a large bank. There always seems to be an issue with transferring calls as far as the phone lines are concerned.

    Advice to Management

Team builders should be more frequent to help build and maintain positive and professional relationships within the team. Continue with contests in order to keep employees enthused about goals if in a "quota" type position.

    Pros

Flexible hours. Well trained bosses. Good benefits.

    Cons

Each region is a hierarchy, governed by a temperamental boss, with radical unplanned changes, the normal course of operations. CYA is more important than pushing for positive changes.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the front line worker. Likeability is a being a good steward of the company. Rushing through every phase of the operation creates chaos, errors, and dissatisfied customers.

    Pros

Driven and goal oriented and willing to teach you the tools of the trade to ensure you are equipped to deal with client.
Mind set is moving from pushing products to deepening the relationship our clients have with their bankers in order to win.

    Cons

Although mind set is changing and the culture is evolving the bank is so big that the only way to really "rate" an associate is still through numbers on a spreadsheet.

    Advice to Management

Focusing on numbers that specify the amount of sales of one product rather than focusing on the overall revenue generated by that same individual is something that might need to be adjusted.
