    Pros

Met a lot of great people and lots of room for advancement. Learned a lot form my peers and managers. Great benefits and somewhat even work life and personal life balance.

    Cons

Too many little groups within the company and everyone seems to have their favorites that gets promoted. It's not necessary what you do or how much you know but who you know. Retail banking is a dying industries... good luck.

    Pros

great benefits especially tuition reimbursement, dental and health insurance. great staff. Customers come first. We always have something to learn.

    Cons

It seems like no work life balance. We are always short staff. Higher level management don't care. Nobody gets hired to replace any person.

    Pros

Great pay for market. Comprehensive package of benefits that actually are resourceful. People are actually open to learn. Development on employees is companies main priority.

    Cons

Most goals are attainable. Some goals are a reach at times. 30 min lunches don't allow much time to recuperate.

    Advice to Management

Way to in your face. Almost not professional at times. Understand employees first before stating you're fired if you don't make goals.

    Pros

Bank of America has great benefits and some flexible work options. Everyone has some partners who are remote and great facilities (WebEx, Telepresence, etc.) for dealing with those.

    Cons

Employee growth is not a big focus due to speed and impact of the work. Pretty stressful environment generally.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people and their careers, whatever you can do, do it.
