    Work from home and they pick up the cost of your internet and phone and supply you with your office equipment.
    Discounts on mortgages and banking
    Good people

    Cons

    Working remotely you don't get the interaction with your peers that might help with career momentum.
    You work to East Coast schedule (early morning meetings in other time zones, working through lunch, etc.)
    More policies than are really necessary

    Training was very effective using a one on one approach. Someone was always available to assist in the processes and procedures which the company wished to be followed.

    Short term with very little chance of being hired on permanent.

    Consider advancing contract employees to a permanent full time positions with benefits.
