    Pros

Bank of America has great benefits supplemented by the employer. Many opportunities to explore and make your own career path.

    Cons

As with many large corporations, the transition into management can sometimes be more about right time and place or WHO you know rather than WHAT you know or have accomplished.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Networking & Customer experience. I enjoyed working one on one with my clients in helping them to straighten out their finances or providing them ideas on how to better manage what they have. There is a great sense of involvement from CMM's and Regional Manager.

    Cons

Flexibility can be an issue as if you are working at a small center, trying to get time off or just simply sick time can cause strain on the team. At times there were unrealistic expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should focus on building a sense of teamwork especially when there may be staffing issues. Make sure that the goals you set forth are realistic. Not easy to move into higher positions, shuffling people laterally does not equate to job satisfaction.
