    Pros

I really like Bank of America. This is a very good company which treats its employees with respect. If you are looking for an employer Bank of America is the company.

    Cons

You do not move up quickly at this company. It is very difficult to move up. I think that management should look in other directions for new management.

    Pros

There are many pros to the job. You are working in a professional environment, so it's something that looks good on your resume. The compensation is above average which is a plus. Work-life balance is manageable. Co-workers are always fun to talk to and the hours you work aren't bad at all. As a part-time employee you are still eligible for the benefits BOA has to offer.

    Cons

Sometimes 30 minutes isn't enough to go eat lunch somewhere or even take it to-go and bring it back to the break room to eat. There are so many things to learn to do your job well sometimes you may forget something that may affect your productivity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. Plan more company events in order for employees to network with each other from different branches and make new connections.

    Pros

Flexibility is great! Company keeps up with technology hardware and software. Ability to attend meetings in person, via phone, telepresence, webcast, webex, etc is wonderful. Offers a lot of flexibility for those that travel or have families. Time off is very generous.

    Cons

Benefits are expensive and the employee portion is more than it should be - I understand the company still pays a lot per employee though. Benefits are just expensive!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

They reward employees with lunches and treats and have theme days with activities and prizes. Have extensive training programs that you can take advantage of to move ahead in your career. Company promotes from within. Extremely flexible hours.

    Cons

Can only move to a different area of the company once a year with approval from managers and human resources. Starting pay was on the low side but overtime and bonus made up for that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more flexible with employees who need to relocate and allow them to transfer before a year is up.
