I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

Great benefits, website where employees can shop with their earned reward points, great discounts on things like vacations and computer software. Also offers a good balance between work and personal life.

    Cons

Sometimes the pressure from the market team could be a bit much; goals for smaller branches were sometimes unrealistic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better programs for employees who would like to transition into different departments, example from retail sales to marketing.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

It's a great place to work, everyone is working with the team. And we have high standard of training so that we provide better customer service than the competitor according to the words of customer.

    Cons

The product keeps changing, and many customers are complaining about the product.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It may need to set another goal, to be honest, be kinder to the customers, if you don't want any more people to close accounts.
