    I did like working for Bank of America. The overall work environment was very positive and team oriented.

    Cons

    I did not like the scheduling but that comes with working in a call center. Seniority determines who gets the better work schedules.

    Pros

    In my position, I have the opportunity to work from home which is a huge plus! Good benefits and pay. Also, I was able to move up in the company (started at the bottom) without college.

    Cons

    I really cannot think of any cons at the moment. Any cons I can come up with are typical cons you would find in any workplace.

    Interned in the Corporate Affairs office and received excellent support and guidance from the managers. Loved engaging with the non-profit partners and understanding more about its philanthropic work.

    Very nice people, very good team environment, and very good compensation for the qualifications required to obtain a position. Also, good benefits.

    Training lacked direction and organization at times especially when a new change or process was being implemented into the job function.
