I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Solid Values, great team work, critical mission focus, professional, collaborative. Company employs latest technology and sets high standards of excellence. Lot of opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

Demanding, fast paced, can be stressful at times. BofA stresses work-life balance but not all business units adhere. Could be more effort to manage and encourage employees to feel comfortable in "balancing", in order to reduce burn out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus more on work-life balance.
