    Pros

    > Decent amount of opportunity... if you're male or from India
    > If you like to be busy, this is a good place to start. Lots to do, not always the most realistic approach or timelines, but lots to do.
    > MyWork was very beneficial while it lasted.

    Cons

    > If you're female it's very difficult to move up, not impossible, but very difficult.
    > If you're female, expect your salary to be below par and increases/bonuses to also be below par.
    > If you're white, expect to be outsourced or replaced by H1B workers.
    > Somebody with poor managerial skills decided to start retracting MyWork... so much for flexibility and reasonability, but oh, we still need you to cover things at all hours and you can still "work from home" after hours. It just won't mean anything.
    > Overtime pay? What's that? Oh, you thought full-time was 40hours a week. Ha! We'll expect at least 50 but only pay you for 40 at a rate below what others pay for the same work.

    Advice to Management

BoA is not too big to fail. Take better care of your domestic workers than you do. You treat us like we're disposable. Lastly, stop being so blatantly racist and sexist. Diversity doesn't mean everyone has to come from India.

    Pros

great place to grow, you get familiar with the regular customers to the point that you know them as family.

    Cons

management is not the best, pay should be mover due to all the different roles you have to play even though you're a teller, focus more on really training new employees, still stuck on old school banking

    Advice to Management

focus more on employees needs and the suggestion that are being made.
