I have been working at Bank of Baroda full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Good organisation for those who want to climb up the hierarchy

    Cons

If one does not give horribly extra time to the organization then it doesn't matter how good you are, you won't make to the favorites' list.
If you sit whole day at the office not doing anything then you are good on the other hand if you do two days work efficiently in one day and leave office early then you are not good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HRM policies must be made more employee friendly. Productivity should be the reason for assessing the employees.
