Pros
one of the fastest growing bank & almost the no.1 bank among nationalised banks.Moreover there is comparatively better opportunity of promotion.
Cons
Late working hours,too much work load even one hv to work on Sundays/Holidays & in comparison worst monetary compensation & recognition.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't force unnecessarily to work on Sundays/Holidays, Late hours since it does nt improve productivity bt frustration & dissatisfaction.And if you can not raise the wages then at least improve perks/benefits in comparison to huge profit earned by the bank just due to blood & sweat of the employees.

Bank of Baroda is a great organisation and updated technology, and easy to understand the day to day work, and because of our good chairman, we got financial benefit, and we want the fuel convance also and fast growing bank and manny more..

Some officers are not good, bank top management should see that those wrong promotions, which effects a lot, not only customer service but they are passing time.and alway doing for their personal work, so our top management to see that after 58years they should offer for retirement.
and another very bad practice at Bank of baroda, has puting their staff late sitting late upto 8pm night, which create a dissatisaction among staff specially good officers, it is not a good culture which should be taking care by top management.

Sir there are good officers and bad officers, but in my openion, BRANCH HEAD should be always efficient person, if branch head is capable person, he can take work with every body or even with lazy staff also. and see the timely of branch closing, this is area where good officers also feel unsatisfaction and showing bad interest and showing lazy attitude.
