Pros90% employees are Chinese. You don't have to be talent, you just need to follow the orders.

ConsThings are moving slowly in this company. You have to check in or check out whenever stepping out of the building.

not an awesome company to work for

I worked at Bank of China

ProsSalary is OK. And they also have other benefit for you. Working environment is also fine. And you can have a good network with people from other companies.

ConsWorking hours are very long everyday, usually from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. And the atmosphere is weird. It's a competitive place. They've got a lot of contract workers. And most of these people are jealous and greedy. It's hard to get along with them.

ConsI would say that the fact that people such as the agents of change at times make things hard due to personal things like culture.
