    ProsTo interns, BOC offered great opportunities to learn the process and relevant banking knowledge, let alone the professional training part from time to time

    ConsStill, the chances of actual operation were limited. Also, it's kind of difficult to feel the culture in the limited intern period

    ProsSalary is OK. And they also have other benefit for you. Working environment is also fine.

    Consworking hours are very long everyday, usually from 8 amp to 9 pm. It is less intense than any banks.

    Prosgood salaries with nice work environment and full covered insurance. at the end of year still have bonus if your performance well

    ProsThey actually will let you do some work by your own after a week's tutoring. I can also get involved with some basic banking fields.

    ConsSome times they will set very mechanic work which is not that useful but very time consuming. I even need to work overtime as an intern.
