the leadership is pretty decentralized, a team is not too big, size is appropriate
Pros
It is the Bank of China, it has huge amount of connections with businesses in China and has first-hand experience and information about the RMB development. They have a strong DCM in Hong Kong, ranked first in 2011 in Asia.
Cons
It is less intense than any investment banks. Their trading floor is very conservative and not making good returns. You couldn't learn as much as in other top tier investment banks.

Brand recognition, Expert Training program. Overall nice working environment and nice people to work with. It is a good place for people don't like too many challenges.

The work is kind of repetitive. Can not gain much sense of achievement at work. It is hard to get promoted to senior roles.

Build up more open working working environment. Give more opportunities for young guys and reward them for the hard work.

Bank of China - London offers a stable job and a reasonable benefit package, and there you may have a good life-work balance.

As a Chinese state-owned organization, Bank of China - London offers lower salary than competitors, and the communication between Chinese and foreigner employees needs to improve.

In order to keep talent, the salary and other benefit need to be improved, and more training opportunities should be offered.

good reward, good benefit on your job, stable working status, friendly working atmosphere, good development, th bank is expanding, so loads of oppotunities

working style is rigid , nothing specific i think is a disadvantage. if there is one, i ll say little hard to get promoted
