I worked at Bank of China as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The working environment was satisfactory, I was in the international business settlement department. I learnt many practices in conducting business in this field, it is easy to find the work-life balance here.

    Cons

In terms of the workload, it is normally not much. However, it can be sometimes less challenging regarding the every tasks, many are more routinely operated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe assign interns with more challenging task to mostly sharpen their skills, treat them like ordinary full-time employees can achieve this.
