  5. Ordinary work at a commercial bank. Nothing especially exciting

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

People who work there are really nice and helpful. If you do a good job and they like you as a person, you will definitely be well compensated.

    Cons

People who have been there a long time and complacent are being "let go" and replaced by younger people for half the price.

    Pros

One of the biggest banks in the world. Very fast paced environment and the people are really nice and easy going. The bank is state owned therefore very organized and efficient. Everybody has his or her part of the job.

    Cons

I interned in the loan office during the summer in Chin. But as an intern you really don't get exposed to too many things other than some repeated work.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being awesome
