Details
Pros
I liked the 35 hour work week. Almost no overtime. Good atmosphere. Nice people. It is possible to maintain a work - life balance.
Cons
not to challenging. training only for starters nothing after that. salary not great. poor benefits. structure of company not great.

Pros
Good pay, reasonable time off.
Cons
Senior management is a joke and unless you are a favorite, you do not get promoted. All hiring is based on who likes who best, not about competencies.
Advice to Senior Management
Take a good hard look at HR practices!

A reasonable employer, with reasonable compensation.
Cons
When immediate superior is only interested in their own progress, and has little interest in improving the lot of the people who work for them.
Advice to Senior Management
Think of the long term, and not the short term apparent benefits.

A large company with opportunities to move between divisions
Cons
The technology used is very poor & old age practices that can frustrate people.
Advice to Senior Management
To be more visible day to day.
