I have been working at Bank of North Georgia

    Pros

Performance is expected, but they don't over focus on meeting your numbers. They value the service given to customers as well as your sales.

    Cons

Salary is lower than I expected, and the technology needs improvement. The pace of advancement is slow, but that may be more a product of this economy than anything else.
