we have our space for personal life..
time for family..
space to breath..
pressure is comparitively less compared to other companies..
Cons
no appreciation for work..
exploitation of freshers by senior employee
snatch all the appreciation eligible for freshers
Advice to Senior Management
alwaz reward the hard workn people n find ta appropriate person for ta appropriate post...
people eligible should be chosen wih great care
