Radiology (Current Employee)
Phoenix, AZ

I have been working at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years

ProsBanner is taking over the healthcare industry so it's a good opportunity to transfer to different facilities.

ConsThey work you to the bone because they are "optomizing" which means cutting down on staff and equipment. Management is just worried about numbers and have forgotten that the employees are what make a good patient experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake a hard look at how over worked and understaffed you are. Employees are jumping ship left and right for a reason.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
