    Pros

    Good fellow employees, good benefits.

    Cons

MicroManagement. Company only cares about making money it kills them to pay out claims. Every claim seems to be scrutinized to make sure there was not misrepresentation of the client's part so a claim does not have to be paid instead of celebrating that we have helped a family during the time of loss of a loved one and the decedent's wishes are fulfilled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating people with the respect they deserve.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Benefits, it's a job until something better comes.

    Cons

Management is terrible, some managers here needs to take some college courses in how to properly manage. Worst place ever to work for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating your employees with respect. The managers/supervisors are not trustworthy. The micromanaging needs to stop and make sure that the managers are not raciest or sexist. We all should be treated equally and not by our color, race or gender.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
