Advice to Senior Management
javier molinar has ti give concrete examples of mis visión, ti make the marger a success. Otherwise, de willstumble on our sale mistakes ver and over again.
Pros
Banorte is a nice place, with a good work ethic and a great potential: is the biggest mexican-owned bank in Mexico, and is gunning for the big three.
Cons
The bank is split between Mexico and Monterrey, and having remote peers is a pain in the ass. Also, each general director protects his or hers fiefdom with the seal of a tigress. Interdepartamental work is a hard to say the least
Advice to Senior Management
BREAK THE FIEFS! Specifically, break the IT fiefdom. It is a big balast to the growth of the bank. Consolidate the general directors...there are a lot of generals and a few overworked troops.
