Cons – lack of leadership; lack of control; unrealistic business plan; too many chiefs; unstructured and at times unethical; no sense of value to employees; no up front honesty of products or direction of company
Advice to Senior Management – Start Over! Stick to the scientific design and research that got you started in the first place. Too many factors got in the way of the founders overall goals and the companies future. Restructure and cut unessary costs.
