    Pros

Love the co workers and commitment to patient care.

    Cons

Management is totally disconnected from front end team members. Lots of surveys, few changes to management members creating the actual issues.

    Advice to Management

Review your management team with open and clear minds, with a commitment to remove managers who do not know how to work with, coach and value their team members.

    Pros

Atmosphere is pleasant with a prevalent attitude emphasizing the importance of team work and family. Fulfillment each and every time you make a patient laugh or feel more comfortable.

    Cons

    Salary is not very competitive.

    Advice to Management

Always be open and honest with employees about salary possibilities. If you offer any sort of raise in compensation, then work hard to make sure it comes to fruition.

I have been working at Baptist Health Care

    Pros

They work with your schedule and try to accomodate your needs. Their Patient Satisfaction scores are close to the best in the nation.

    Cons

Horrible Benefits when compared to other local hospitals Below average pay for the amount of work that you do. Location is downtown in a bad neighborhood.

    Advice to Management

Please try to communicate better with the staff. Offer us a FAR better benefits package than what we have now. Compare our plans to the other local hospitals, one of which pays NO copays to see doctors, while we pay $50 almost to see a specialist.
