    Pros

Very lax work environment. Allowed to Listen to music while working! Great

    Cons

Can't think of anything too big really. I would say there is a but of a wait time when converting from temporary to permanent but that is about all. The dress code is reasonable. Compensation was much lower than the market value but once worked there for some time there are great opportunities for growth.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent with temps who have not converted yet and continue to keep everyone up to date on events!

    Pros

The benefits are very good, health, dental, eye, 491k etc. the cafeteria is very good. The emergency services are good.

    Cons

With the recent changes in upper management this institution has gone from that small town hospital feel to looking at the bottom line and how well they score on all of the current surverys at the expense of patient care.

    Advice to Management

Go back to listening to the people working at each site instead of making unilateral decisions that are not in the best interest of each facility.

    Pros

not many for technical minded individuals.

    Cons

Most employees on the tech side were picked from the clinical staff at hospital sites, very few with actual technical knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Stop adding high level director and senior vice president positions. You complain about not having enough money, yet keep adding high dollar salaries.

    Pros

Pay, benefits, coworkers, Company at a whole is nice

    Cons

Supervisors & their favoritism to certain employees. If you're not a suck-up or personal friend, then you're not part of their "click" & will be treated like you're lower than they are.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be a true leader

    Pros

Constant amount of work flow so you always have something to do.
Friendly coworkers and various hospital staff.

    Cons

If you plan on advancing in the hourly wage department, this is a dead-end. Yearly wage increases are pathetic and you will be stuck at a low paying job.

    Advice to Management

Analyze the work of all of the employees and recognize those that above and beyond while encouraging underperforming employees to do more work.

    Cons

mgmt only recruits buddies family or friends to move up the career ladder .

Promote hard work , dedication and experience rather than your sister your friends or classmates from high school
