    Pros

Friendly co workers, Good benefits, exciting environment working in the ED . Advancement opportunities throughout the hospital with a 6m stay.

    Cons

The shift I work 12:30 to 11 pm is not good for a single mother of 2. The pay is somewhat less other facilities. Not flexible with the hours I need to work.

I worked at Baptist Health (Kentucky) part-time

    Pros

The top level management really cares about their employees. They truly try to make it a great place to work. I liked it so well that I'm planning on going back to volunteer.

    Cons

My boss had horrible management skills. I would have stayed longer, but I just didn't want to deal with her any longer than necessary.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Most people there are very good at their jobs and are great to work with. I just had one of the bad ones.

I have been working at Baptist Health (Kentucky) part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People are friendly. Full time employees say the benefits are good. The hospital is highly ranked and there are opportunities for raises most years. They are very loyal to students working here and try to hire from within

    Cons

Management on this unit is not always available. There's a lot of turnover. Holiday pay for night shift people is only given for hours worked on that holiday, so if your shift starts at 7pm on Christmas and doesn't end until 7am on December 26th you are only paid 5 hours of holiday pay.
