    Pros

great benefits flexible work hours in many departments, good wages on the clinical side of business, Many very caring and committed people.

    Cons

While benefits are same for non-clinical wages lag and non Hispanic's are often treated poorly and alienated from the large Hispanic/latino population. Additionally workers 50+ are routinely overlooked for promotions regardless of education, skillsets and experience.

    Advice to Management

Diversity is not the number or variety of races and backgrounds you employ but how they mesh together to form one cohesive unit .
