I have been working at Baptist Health System (Texas) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Can't think of any at this time. I have to write at least a 20 word minimum and I don't have anything nice to say about this place.

    Cons

Broken promises, favoritism, they don't really care for you as an employee only for what you can give to them. This company is all lies.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to point fingers at your employees Stop getting Starbucks on the clock Stop making promises you can't keep Stop slamming things on the desk that doesn't belong to you Stop acting like you're deserving of everyone's respect Stop favoring people Stop snooping on my Facebook Stop saying you're a supervisor when you're never there

I have been working at Baptist Health System (Texas) full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Decent income, pleasant co-workers, liberal usage of Paid Time Off (PTO) allowed

    Cons

Long shifts, being around contagious illnesses, advancement slow unless in nursing

    Advice to Management

To require formal business education in positions like directorships. Plenty of the efficiency and ordering problems could be fixed if some of the directors held education past associates degrees in fields non related to business.
