Pros
Baptist is up to date on medical technology with equipment and has some of the best well trained healthcare professionals. They also have their own college which offer bachelor degrees to those who are seeking a position within the demanding healthcare field.
Cons
There really isn't anything I have to say negative about this company other than most patients have experienced a long waiting period visiting the ER.
Pros
one of the best reasons I enjoyed working at Baptist was the experience.
Cons
I thought the leadership on my floor was very unprofessional
Pros
Offered good pay
Offered good benefits with little to no hassle
Set hours for the most part
Good learning environment but "hands on" learning
Cons
Management complains about everything that are minor and petty which reduces morale
Constant behavior classes for employees
Middle management designed for quotas and not based on ability
Constant bickering and pettiness between management and employees
Plan to work all holidays
Advice to Senior Management
Get in some skilled supervisors who are capable of leading and will take responsibility for their errors instead of covering it by throwing employees under the bus! Stop allowing them to threaten employees of job loss, which reduces morale.
