    Pros

Easy to advance if you work hard.

    Cons

Can be very "corporate" with rules and standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CEOs should make time to shadow a nurse for one day to better understand what they do.

I worked at Baptist Memorial Health Care full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    It was just a job

    Cons

What kind of don would expect all 7p-7a nurses to come to a mandatory "meeting" at 1pm?
    Useless!!
If you are extra nice to manager and never question any thing you get an award quarterly!
Managers and don have favorites-the ones win the awards.
There is no leadership. Only intimidation
There are too many "chiefs" and not enough Indians.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow up and start treating your nurses like people and not machines. How would you like to get a Walmart gift card for your bonus? Better than nothing but cheap!
It's easy to be a big fish in a small pond. How would you do in a real hospital??

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
