A lot of talent in the development teams.

Too much Windows technology used.
Software logistics and application management should be improved.
Very international so need to work a bit all the time to connect with the teams at various places in the world.

Improve/Streamline technology processes - Review motivations for complex processes/costs/benefits/alternatives.
Pros
Work culture is great compared to other banks and the environment is also great for software developers. I have worked with three different teams and all have been satisfactory.
Cons
I have not found much downside of the firm, yet. However, there are some issues with the internal mobility. One might find it hard to move internally once you get in.

Still a way to go in terms on consolidating the technology infrastructure, and in bonding the groups. Still have some work to do in defining its own corporate identity, values and profile

Great in general. people talented that brought loads of experience from everywhere else. More talented than others at Goldmans and JPMorgan
