People are less cut-throat than other top firms
Up-and-coming firm
Relative ease with switching from one desk to anotherCons

Lifestyle is draining and many people are cut-throatAdvice to Senior Management
I understand investment banks require long hours, but it seems counterproductive. If a CEO of a firm were to totally change the way investment bankers work, I think they would make more money.
