    Pros

Interact with senior management frequently on a daily basis
    Taught in a mentorship fashion
    Exposure to both buy-side & sell-side

    Cons

    Lengthy commute
Not much room for growth since it's a small shop

    Pros

The corporate culture is very oriented to work life balance and they hire for fit as well as aptitude. Infastructure in place for learning and developing broad skill sets

    Cons

Compensation isn't competitive with some of the buldge brackets on the street.

    Advice to Management

We need to be on par with the street in terms of salary and bonus and make sure that we implement changes quickly as it causes loss of talent through retention and recruiting.

    Pros

Really care about the people that work here. Analysts get meaningful responsibility and get put on major deals the moment they walk in. They will work you, but you'll get a good experience.

    Cons

The hours are fairly long for an investment banking analyst. This is pretty standard in the industry and remains the key issue as there's no way around that.

    Advice to Management

Should be more cognizant of analysts' times. The benefits and perks are decent to an extent but there needs to be more focus on streamlining work.

    Pros

-the Latin American M&A team is a highly regarded team within the firm
-lots of deal flow and significant fees, given headcount
    -strong culture with great leadership
-strong platform across regions (specifically within Brazil and Mexico)

    Cons

-sometime can be worked too much
-expectation to work at least 100 hour weeks, regardless of deal flow

    Advice to Management

-senior analysts and associates shouldn't force juniors to stay late if there is less deal flow or if they're crushing work (can recall associates staying late for no real reason, just to make sure others were in the office later)

  6. Great team, enjoyable work and a lot of bureaucracy

    Pros

Very smart people with great knowledge that they keep up-to-date
International teams allowing to mix ideas + other benefits coming from this
Enjoyable work that requires both good knowledge of business as well as good communication skills
People around are friendly and willing to share know how. Even though this holds at least for most of Prague offices, there are exceptions to this
    Reasonable work-life balance
Good salary and no useless employee benefits

    Cons

High level of bureaucracy in hiring and in day-to-day life
A bunch of legacy stuff that could be easily and cheaply replaced
Some people are extremely arrogant and selfish. If you cannot avoid them, they can make your life hell

    Advice to Management

Make sure that employees have motivating management and that they see added value in their jobs

    Pros

A lot social events for intern to reach out senior employees in the company. Freedom to choose your team with plenty choices

    Cons

I really cannot think out any cons here. But a few weeks ago, Barclays in AMER laid off many people and now it is in the law suit issue about its dark pool.
