    Working culture was good

Senior Analyst (Former Employee) Chennai (India)

ProsWork Life Balance, good salary package

Conscafeteria is not good and un hygenic

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Good organisation to start career.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGood for starters. The BFSS department is worthwhile. RT is great for starters. The class of people working is good. Academy coaches are cool bunch. BAU managers are typical managers. Salary is paid on the dot by 8PM on 28th of the month. The set of beliefs are foundation for any good personality. Overall a good experience until you are happy.

ConsRT is monotonous. Over time nothing is left to learn. Tedious trainings for the process but no certified training. Transport department is inefficient and seldom annoying. Negligible global exposure. Just a part of Barclays, not completely Barclays UK standard. Food at Noida 2 is pathetic(you'll agree from day one). Never employee centric. Just a cost center. Don't expect huge exposure or package.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease improve the work life balance. Please be more employee centric. Introduce some non process trainings or self development trainings. Treat the lower hierarchy group as humans and not a mere resource.

ConsStress, and really up to you how you multitask and manage time and family life.

Advice to Senior ManagementI guess more chances and opportunities to be created for horizontal movements.
