Pros
Great benefits - low cost medical, dental and vision. Management flexible with time off. Lots of opportunity for growth if you are willing to relocate frequently.
Cons
Management can sometime leave you in the dark about certain things. Easy to get pigeon-holed into a position...if they see you are good at something, regional managers are reluctant to let you move to another area for fear of losing your expertise.
Advice to Senior Management
More recognition of those good employees...Middle and Upper management should be approaching successful employees and letting them know about other opportunities within the company.
