Pros – Sense of professionalism; tremendous facilities; great support from service and parts employees. Realistic work schedule, some autonomy in job performance.

Cons – Like any dealership, the sales management has a direct affect on the success of the sales staff; their failure to get totally involved can make or break a cohesive team.

Advice to Senior Management – Have adequate management support when it is needed by all employees rather than favoring one or two employees. Too often, managers were unwilling to get up from 'the desk' to help in performance of duties.

Pros – There is a prestige of being a Barrier EMployee. It is a high end dealership, and treats their employees very well. THe customers are in awe of most of the employees at Barrier, because of the level of integrity with in the dealership.

Cons – THe measure of income could be better. And it can be a bit slow at times.

Advice to Senior Management – keep up with Jimmy's promise ot the custoer it really works.

Cons – Long hours, upper management wants you to work late and on weekends but they are no where to be seen.

Advice to Senior Management – Car about your employees more than you care about your image.
