Pros – Good health benefits
Its a paycheck

Cons – Lack of common goals, lack of recognition of good,key employees.

Advice to Senior Management – With your buyouts of us smaller companies, you need to develop a sense of "unity" and common goals. Seems like we are loosing customers, is it do to field operations or the upper level lack of communication ?

Pros – i received a paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons – Ridiculous work loads, extremely stressful and hostile work environment, unfair practices, management has no backbone, human resources manager is a joke, workers' concerns and complaints disregarded

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the good, hardworking employess happy. Quit catering to the troublemakers and do-nothings.

Pros – Basic has many services it performs, allows a person to learn many jobs and new skills within the company

Cons – Advancement within the company is possible, but who is in charge of the yard/office is the deciding factor. At my yard advancement is pretty easy when it becomes available
