Advice to Senior Management
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, and provide some positive feedback every now and again. Stop expecting minimum-wage employees to perform with 120% efficiency when all the feedback we receive is negative. Make your expectations clear, and keep every employee on the same page. Monitor every employee equally, and realize there are problems where they are least expected.
