Bring in some professional people management, those that can treat people with some level of professionalism and respect

Pros

A job, is a job. Location Northwest is good for those few that live that far north to earn $12 hour

Cons

Pay is sub-par, work is degrading, owner and management are obusive, no respect at all for the individual, turn over is incredibly high. Compensation promises are mis-leaading and not honored.

Bring in domr true Human Resource and People Managers to handle operations as well as staffing and empower them to do what is needed.
