    Pros

    The other associates are great people to work
    The hours are never very bad, except holiday time
    its easy to talk to a manager about problems or concerns you may be having

    Cons

    pay- normal, low retail pay
    they really push the whole "sell the product" on you - some people just don't want to be sold to and can get extremely upset with you and the store
    commission is being introduced - i didn't get hired to work for commission, i got hired to work hourly <-- this was the reason i quit

    Training was thorough and pleasing as well. learning the ins and outs of how this company works excited me, it was new and fresh and inspiring. I liked that the company's graphing system helped me do my job better.

    Cons

    Sometimes worked 8 days straight due to others which was harder for my child than for me.

    Implement a better associate appreciation program....boosting morale to boost sales

    Pros

    Great company discount is great. Pay rate is good for store manager and assistant manager. Great training on product knowlege. Great coworkers. Great customer service training. Great structure and organization. Fun stays up with fashion scents and products

    Cons

    Dm do always help when budget are set to high how to fix it. Store manager are to turn numbers around with no help. Sometimes the company deadlines are not realistic. No a lot of sales coverage. Have relocate to move in company

    Upper management do you want a task done or take care of the wonderful customers? To do both more payroll is needed by the task will not get done

    Discounts, fun environment, freebies, teamwork based, I have a great manager which makes a big difference, and company appreciates their associates!

    Starting off you don't get many hours(could be a good or bad thing depending on your situation)

    It's a good job if you're just looking to make some money as a college student. Average pay. Great holiday hours. Generous employee discount

    Cons

    Not many hours after the holidays. A lot of frequent changes around the store. The call ins are a problem if you don't have an open schedule.

    You meet a lot of different people every day. you definitely have to be a people person to work there. It's an overall good environment to work in.

    Cons

    You don't get a lot of hours, so I wouldn't recommend having it as your only job. Definitely have to keep up with the constant changes around the store.
