I have been working at Bath & Body Works part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The hours for this position were very flexible which made it easy to have another job as well. There were also a lot of opportunities for us to get free products which which made us more motivated to be successful.

    Cons

A lot of pressure was put on the sales associates. The managers are responsible for making their segments but put a lot of that responsibility onto their associates. This was a minimum wage job and was very stressful at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think it would be beneficial to get advice from the sales associates about ways to improve the company and products.

I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Worked with a great group, had a flexible schedule for school, and knew what my job was and how to do it.

    Cons

I didn't have any cons while working here - I found everything to run smoothly especially during holiday season. Only thing was during floorsets the company set props and table setups that didn't work and had to be improvised.

I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice people, positive environment, great training.

    Cons

I was very unhappy with their scheduling system where you had certain shifts which were just scheduled as "Call-Ins." This was where you would only maybe have to go into work and call in no more than 2 hours beforehand to see if you had to go in. This left you unable to schedule any other plans for the day regardless if you had to work or not. This showed me that they do not value my time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great culture and management, but need to value employees time more.
