Current Employee – been working at Battlesapce Flight Services as a contractor for more than 3 years

Pros – Experience is good, development is good. It used to be a good company. Those days are gone.

Cons – Pre and post deployment paperwork, getting issues resolved at the home office both while deployed and at home. Pay cut in half because of new contract, SO WE ARE TOLD! Good mechanics not getting advanced. Horrible mechanics getting promoted becasue they know the upper management from prior service. Numerous lies to the workers from upper management. Quality of life while deployed.

Advice to Senior Management – To much buddy hookup crap with prior Air Force folks. My advice........doesnt matter, its to late to fix it.

Pros – In the beginning it was awesome pay and they seemed straight forward

Cons – wow now it sucks, the have just been awatrded a 950 million dollar contract with govt, and also recieved an extra 450 on top of that to finish the previous contract , so now beginning April one they are dropping our pay by 50 perceent , we work overseas for the military, in the war zone , to top it off they wants us to stay out longer on our deployments with half the pay

Advice to Senior Management – Pull you heads out , your hurting alot of families here now, half pay cuts whatthe hell, 20 or 25 percent would of been ok, but tio knock 50 percent thats bull, ive been working contracts long time you dont do this to people, somebodys going to get hurt out here and youll be to blame
