    Pros

I am a driver at Bauer's. Today we were visited by two new executives from Bauer's. Tony and Todd. I liked both of them specially that Tony guy. He answered all my questions and asked lots of questions. I liked Todd also they both had lunch with us. Tony gave us his card and told us to call him with any questions. Todd spoke to us about clocking in and new technology coming. I feel Bauer's making good changes. Thank you.

    Pros

Good products, buses and shuttles are the best. Desire to perform well. The drivers are respectful. The company has a well known name in the san francisco area.

    Cons

Leader who micro manages, thinks free lunches make up for poor pay. The CEO's friends are treated great, everyone else "who cares" attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to grow, time to bring in real management. Don't be stubborn, be competitive. the drivers room should be more then an old shed

    Pros

They tried to accomodate my skill set. they did pay well.

    Cons

They never tried to listen to us as senior drivers. they made terrible manager choices and completely dismantled a proven system, causing major customer complaints.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

no, they're on their own and wouldn't listen anyway.

Former Employee - Sales in San Francisco, CA

    Pros

    - fun parties
    - cool/fun sales manager
    - "interesting" clients
    - located just outside of downtown
    - if you need a limo, well....

    Cons

    - low pay relative to one is asked of the saleswoman/man
    - crappy office/trailer is where you work out of...yuck
    - disrespect of other employees is tolerated
    - no hr...I mean no hr
    - It's like selling someone a delicious prime steak with lobster tail and then delivering either exactly that or a cheeseburger and fries. If they happen to get the cheeseburger and fries, tell them they signed a contract that only guaranteed they would be fed not satisfied with the meal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less micromanagement of mangers or allow them to do their jobs. More focus on a clear set of rules or guidelines for employees to follow. Disband the CYA mentality, allow for mistakes to occur.
