I have been working at Baxter full-time for more than 5 years

ProsIt's a wonderful company as far as security and business the company is engaged in saving and sustaining lives.

ConsThere is always shortage of resources. Work for 2 or 3 people usually falls on one person. The pay almost never matches to the job entailed as well as it's impossible to get a raise in pay where it will match a promotion received. Usually promotion means more work and same pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensate employees according to promotions. It provides drive, work ethic, and motivation.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Meh

Manufacturing Technician (Current Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

I have been working at Baxter as a contractor for less than a year

ProsLarge company, well staffed, plenty of departments to move to.

ConsJob is not challenging in the least, management treats employees as if they're slow and incompetent although a 2 year old can understand what needs to be done, takes a ton of time to move up, technical expertise/college education not taken into account.

Advice to Senior ManagementCalm down, you job isn't that hard. Our job is incredibly easy, give us the opportunity to do more and improve the manufacturing process.
